Developing a Productive Workgroup Within a Community Coalition: Transtheoretical Model Processes, Stages of Change, and Lessons Learned

This study employs a unique model to outline a successful approach for establishing an action-oriented community-based workgroups. It demonstrates that fostering social support, emotional engagement, self-reevaluation, and reinforcement management are crucial strategies for guiding the workgroup's progression and creating a cohesive and effective multidisciplinary team.
