What do successful partnerships between Philadelphia early learning programs and community-based organizations that promote family engagement and support child development look like?

In 2023 a Design Team, consisting of 15 leaders from early learning programs and community-based organizations, was charged with drafting a strategic roadmap for how Philadelphia early learning programs and community-based organizations can work together to promote parent engagement and child development.

The Early Care and Education Collaborative Strategic Roadmap prioritizes collaborative actions and outlines elements of successful partnerships between early learning programs and community based organizations that promote equitable engagement of parents and families that support healthy child development.
