Hi I am Tracey Rowe, Senior Vice President of Cincinnati Early Learning Centers and a founding member of the Consortium for Resilient Young Children. We are a collaborative of early care and education and mental health agencies. We have been a successful collaborative for over 13 years and focus on building resilience in young children along with the protective factors of key adults in their lives. We not only advocate in our community but offer a program for early care and education providers that involves on-site consultation and technical assistance.
